i seem to be a little confused with the game magic dice/ shoot dice and craps as the table lay out for bets are different as you can not bet on 7 showing on your nottingham website. yet in your nottingham casino you can bet on any 7. Yet you are calling the game in the casino magic dice when on here it clearly states its called shoot dice with craps rules. This is misleading to your customers which can course conflict with players and staff understanding the rules that should be followed. Also it does not say in the rules on the website that you can not throw from corner to corner. On all your other games offered to play in the casino there are instructions and information on rules of each game except craps/magic dice/shoot

This casino has really gone downhill in the last few months. So many things have changed and it is not the fantastic place it used to be.
Firstly, the menu has changed. Gala Casino Nottingham used to be the BEST place to go for steak in Nottingham (and I love steak), even the manager said she had been told this by lots of customers... so why change it? It is now fussy and pretentious...
Anyway onto the casino, change of management have led to a recruitment drive of rude staff, the waiting staff here used to be lovely, happy to engage in conversation, always with a smile and a thank you, now you are lucky if you get eye contact.
The new management are just as bad, don't want to listen to complaints (and there were several people complaining on the night I visited). We were given a £40 voucher for a meal for 2 after we complained about the rudeness of the staff. When we went to the restaurant to claim it, the waiting staff mentioned that they are getting more and more of them (so more and more complaints)
It is such a shame, we were frequent visitors to the casino and easily spent a couple of grand a month there. We will not be returning.
